Our whole family are huge fans of Biltong and couldn't believe our luck when we discovered Qld Biltong. Undoubtedly the best Biltong around. We love the stokkies. Great quality meats and flavours to suit all tastes.We are life long customers.
It makes a big difference when quality meats are used and this place obviously uses them. Great flavour and really good end product. Friendly service to go with it as well. We have been back many times and the consistency of product and service has been top notch.

Just tried the biltong here today after checking out Jacobs Well and i will be visiting more often now that i found this little gem.The biltong is awesome!! Firstly I'm stoked to have found a place that uses grounded powder spices as i havent seen anybody do it since i left perth 3 years ago. Seems like he uses a bit of grounded garlic & chill on his snapsticks so the flavour hits the tongue instantly.I also tried and bought some of the strip biltong & drywors and its also top notch, flavour is awesome, consistent and not over/under done. The blokes a legend and you can tell he is passionate about the product he is selling. As soon as i walked in the door, he was practically tearing off bits of drywors and slicing strips for me to try which a lot of other biltong shops don't seem to do anymore, most places ive been to recently make you feel unfomfortable when you ask for some tastings. Anyways, if your dropping bye in this town and happen to see his shop as your driving by, i highly recommend stopping in for a tasty snack on the way home as i did.
