Can't fault the best and only drive-in theatre in town. Get im early to avoid the queue especially on school holidays. Wish they still had the original speakers that hang on your mirrors. Only a few left which is a shame. They are great if you bring your classic car that doesn't have an operating radio.
Great price for movies. Best done if you bring a car load of people as it's better value for money. Goes really well with some Yatala pies and popcorn. Make sure you get there early to get the best spot.
I absolutely love that there is still a traditional Drive-in alive. Please stay alive! My only suggestion would be for there to be some kind of noise/visual barrier. I watched a movie on field one and loud trucks drove by with their bright lights on every few minutes, which made the viewing distracting. The other 2 fields are great.
The management and staff are terrific. They were flat out busy with the fields full and people lined up to the round about near the highway. We had an issue and had to leave but they were understanding and apologetic (though no fault of theirs) even helped us exit and refunded our money. If some of their patrons were as nice it would be ideal. We will return.
Love this place. Always clean and all staff are friendly and attentive. Food is delicious, hotdogs, burgers and chips, yum.Good selection of movies and reasonably priced. We head here every school holidays and sometimes in between, No complaints. Perfect for kids as you can relax in your car. Hope this place never shuts!
