Ive never had a better experience with customer service at any other Zarrafas until I came to this one. Staff are extremely welcoming and friendly which makes it an overall easy experience. They all deserve to be recognised :)
I always get my Z- card scanned. So I qualify for a free coffee often :) Keeps me happy :)
Zarraffas is my favourite coffee. Service and everything else was good but I come back for the coffee.I must say the staff were really happy, they were laughing and joking, they sounded like they really enjoyed their work!This is my local Zarraffas (and its Aussie)
I was nowhere near the place but I'm sure they make nice coffee once again Google at it's finest.... I'm giving it one star on the fact that I was nearly half a kilometre away.. and I think that's absolutely disgusting
